Review of Little Owl Café

This cafe goes down as one of my all time favorite places for breakfast!! We stopped in while traveling and we’re hopeful for a good experience. The owner apparently has celiac disease and her bakery and facility is gluten free. My husband enjoyed his egg and cheese sandwich and a cinnamon rope (he is not GF but found the food really great). I had an epic waffle with berries and a fantastic cup of coffee ❤. The waffle was sooo fluffy I actually thought it was a gluten waffle (which is when I discovered the entire place is GF). This waffle was so delicious I truly wish I lived in Alaska just so I could stop by several times a week! We picked up a lemon shortbread cookie and an almond cake for our travels back East. Both were equally delicious. If you are ever in Fairbanks, do yourself a favor and stop by this lovely place. You will not regret it!
