While visiting Siesta Key my husband and I ate at the Family-owned Lobster Pot THREE times in The Village. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and servers were not hesitant to double check with the chef. The fish is caught fresh and my entrees were cooked to perfection. Also, we learned that the French fries were cooked in their own deep fryer; they were cut like steak fries and were crispy golden on the outside and the insides cooked to a soft state.
