Review of Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina

The hostess and waitress were knowledgeable about being gluten free. They both told me the chips were corn, not flour, and told me what I could eat. They do not have a dedicated gluten free menu, yet the choices were plenty. I had a Carne asada with chimichurri sauce, beans, rice, and guacamole. a very delicious, flavorful, and filling meal. I will go back if I travel to Gatlinburg again.
