Review of Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina

The server told us the corn chips are fried in a dedicated fryer, and then he went to check to make sure and came back to confirm. This alone is hard to find at Mexican restaurants so that was a major perk. The server asked if it was preference or celiac and when we told him celiac he was vigilant to make sure we understood what was safe or not. There are not a lot of options though, he could pretty much list everything gluten free on one hand, but my celiac daughter only wanted rice and beans anyway. She loved the rice, it was more like Mexican fried rice with veggies in it. But for an adult, there wouldn’t be many safe entree’s.
