Just don’t do it! I ordered a Caesar salad and a steak off the gluten free menu and the Caesar salad came with croutons and the steak came smothered in breaded fried onion rings. They were happy to refund it but this was a clear indication of staff training when it comes to these types of situations.

I’ve eaten here multiple times but approach each dining experience with caution. If you specifically ask the server to make a note that the pasta water MUST be fresh and that the chefs need to wash hands, equipment, and wear new gloves, you should not have an issue. I order plain spaghetti and am fine. I don’t think the sausage is safe so I’d be cautious with what you order.

I ordered some pasta. I was told it was all gluten free and safe. I was throwing up 1.5 hours later. I learned later that they cook their pastas in the same water. Gluten and gluten free. Gluten free options but NOT celiac safe

I had a great experience. The server was knowledgeable and checked on things for me. I did specifically ask about how gf pasta was cooked and it is a somewhat shared area, but they cooked it in a separate pan for me when I explained I couldn’t eat it the other way. So if Celiac be specific with requests. It was delicious. On request they brought out rice crackers while everyone else had bread.
