Update: Jan 2021-
I was excited to eat here again sense it was so good a few years ago...The menu has changed and they offered very few options. I chose a chicken sandwich, it was good but nothing great for 21.00...the waitress was very put out by my questions. I would not go here again.
I really appreciate that amusement parks have caught on to GF options....even if it's because it's a fad vs. have to for us Celiacs. This Restaurant has a good amount of choices and is reasonably priced. They have a dedicated GF fryer for the fries. I had the Mahi Mahi Grilled sandwich and was expecting a lettuce wrap, but to my surprise it was on a GF bun...our waitress was very patient as I went through my barrage of questions before ordering and she was very GF knowledgable. The kitchen does have a dedicated GF area where the food is prepared...but the grill is shared...I would go here again if I was in Universal again.
