Lone Star Steakhouse

Good was good and they have a pretty extensive menu. However the waitress told us she had no idea what gluten free is and didn't think the kitchen staff did either. Obviously not a focus of instruction for the management.

New Gluten Free Menu recently, can eat pretty much everything! Except the bread, chips and croutons - obviously!! The server helped me and so did the manager.

Terrible food. Not much of a gluten free menu. No salad dressings except oil and vinegar, mostly steak options with no seasoning and terrible tasting. No gluten free dessert options. Overall bad experience.

My husband has celiac disease and I am gluten intolerant and we love going to Lone Star in Knightdale! They offer an extensive gluten free menu, they are always sensitive to our needs, and we have never been glutened eating here! Our only request for them would be to offer a gluten free prime rib, my husband's favorite, as well as offering gluten free bread and desserts,
