I usually have good luck at any Longhorn that I go to and I did this time as well. It does frustrate me that they do not have gluten-free markings on the menu or on a separate gluten-free menu. If you’ve ever been given their book of allergy information to look up all those things yourself you’ll be annoyed too.
They honor my requests every time. Be sure to speak with the manager; making him/her aware of your needs.
This location has a gluten free menu , HOWEVER.. It has no prices and is simply just the items on the menu that the business says is safe for gluten free diners . My daughter is 6 and this was our first time dining here , we used the gluten free menu and ended up spending $17 on her meal unknowingly! They should consider adding prices next to the meals , especially since the staff doesn't seen to too knowledgable of gluten free needs ! Also I you happen to what a burger or hot dog ... The will simply send it minus the buns ! Not very appealing given the fact that you can do that home for free lol.
We asked for the GF menu at the front desk and the manager was able to explain how the allergy book worked, so I was able to look at what items I was able to eat. We had Zena as our waitress and she understood what my husband and I were in need of. I was able to have a steak, the rice and a salad with no issues. It was delicious.

The service was ok. The food tasted great! However my wife who has Celiac got sick shortly after. It says on their menu that they can't guarantee no cross contamination. I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone who has Celiac.

Server seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination. Ordered a steak and sweet potato and seem to have had no problems.
