Do NOT eat here if you are a celiac! I came because of their advertised gluten free menu and the very sweet host told me about his girlfriend and family member who are also gluten free. I get sat right away but it takes nearly 10 minutes to be greeted because the server, Heather C, has a large table and takes care of them and another table before even acknowledging me. When she finally comes I explain that I am a celiac and the severity of the disorder and she says she understands. She brings me my wine and salad then I don't see her again. A manager brings my steak order less than 5 minutes after I get my salad so there's no time to finish it and I immediately notice the steak was not fire grilled like I asked; not a big enough issue to complain but the bigger issue I realize after taking one bite is that it's covered in seasoning. I haven't seen my server in at least 20 minutes because she gets sat yet another large table so I catch the attention of the host and ask him to verify that the seasoning is gluten free.
I was a server at Outback for a decade and order fire grilled steak because they only use salt and pepper since their seasoning packs HAVE GLUTEN. The host comes back and says the cooks DON'T KNOW but he shows me the seasoning pack and it lists "spices" and "natural flavoring," both of which are known to contain gluten. I am now upset and ask for my bill so I can leave right away before becoming sick. The server comes out with the bill charging full price for everything despite me not eating it and while I'm signing I say I hope you learn to take allergies more seriously because I'm going to be very ill soon. Rather than an apology, she snaps at me and says it's not her fault, grabs the plates and walks away. Incredibly disrespectful behavior from already terrible service. I don't recommend anyone eating here especially if you have Heather C as a server!

I ordered the house salad without cheese and croutons and balsamic vinagrette . My entree was grilled salmon, steamed broccoli and seasoned rice and it was a large portion which was good.

Great steaks! I also had the sweet potato and Caesar salad and they were excellent. The sweet potato has a lot of brown sugar, which I love. Happy to have a nicer dinner out!

Decent food. GF options but do your research before arriving!! I was handed a corporate binder with their allergens (not a menu) upon arrival. It was quite funny but if you had to dissect their menu at the table you would be there all day! Salad with steak is a good option.
