We have ordered a few times pizza from this place and it’s a hit and miss with the gluten. We test them all the time with Nima and sometimes we get lucky and sometimes we don’t. At a point that we have to have the oven ready in case the pizza is not GF. They either have a really bad cross contamination problem or the “sterile environment” needs to be audited.
