Review of Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

First off, best crust ever in a gluten free pizza. So crunchy and I like its not a greasy type pizza. Try the "Lou" style on gluten free (I leave off the spinach and love it). The management at the Park Ridge location are fantastic and always accommodating. I love how they always remember last order and ask if you want that. makes the ordering so simple.
