They DO NOT have a dedicated fryer. Our waitress was really clear about that. They also didn't have as many selections as I thought they did based on the other reviews. They mainly only have salads and burgers that they can make without a bun if you have Celiac. The burger was good (well-seasoned and perfectly cooked), but overall I was unsatisfied, so that was kind of a bummer.
Dedicated fryer for chips and fries. Staff knew which options were GF. Had the ribs so the BBQ sauce is safe.
The menu is not labeled but the staff is knowledgeable. The food is really good. They have burgers no bun, prime rib, steak, salads, and several GF appetizers. They have Creme Brulee for dessert. Yum.
