Ordered the GF crust pizza. I rank it the lowest of about 10 different restaurant GF pizzas I’ve had across three states. Undercooked and unimpressive. I might say to try the GF pasta they have, but from other reviews here your best bet might just be to stay away.

Cannot recommend, will not go again; here's why:

So if you ordered a glass of red wine with your meal, but they served you white, you may express surprise, and explain the discrepancy with your server, who says they are out of red, white is all they have, and walks away;

and the next thing you know the manager is at your table explaining that each is made from the same ingredients so it doesn't make a difference.

Would that bother you?

This in essence was our experience, and it is the perfunctory, "you don't really factor into our agenda" approach that turned the entire dining experience into something unpalatable.

We tried to explain to both Jay, the manager, and Tiffany our server, that the underlying cause of the presenting problem (under-stock, delayed shipments, etc.) is understandable but it would have been appropriate, and a kindness to have informed us that our' choices are not available when we ordered, not when the substitute is on the your table before you and the server is acting shocked and surprised that you're not too happy with THEIR choice of what you will be having as/ with your meal.

If you ordered lasagna and they served all the same ingredients but in the form of spaghetti you may be similarly bemused. Sub. penne for pizza? Same thing.

In this writing, wine was used as an illustration; the switch off was penne (which I do not eat), for fusilli, which until today, we specifically and frequently visit Lui Luis for.

It is the hustle and bustle of frenetic activity which is this restaurant more often than not because they are understaffed, yet still want to open both dining areas so their ultimate experience for the evening is nice, even at the expense of mine, that caused the problem; being so busy and ill-prepared to handle post-pandemic dining, that the reason you are in business (to serve a nice experience to paying guests) is displaced by the goal of gotta ring as many orders in as possible tonight.

No, this isn't my mother's dinner table where you eat what is served, and are wrong to question. It was a paid for dining experience, gone sour and bad, largely due to insensitivity before and during our visit ... and this before starting a 12 hour shift as a nurse in which two of the meals we ordered were to serve as break time meals. Jay's offer to refund a portion did little to make up for the fact that wen you go out for dinner, you expressly want what you ordered, and not some executive's idea of what you'll have for dinner. Communication at the outset would have gone a hugely long way. Inexcusable, Lui Luis. Unacceptable.

I have celiacs disease as the waitress was aware of and I got the pasta. I ate more than half of it and I saw a non gluten free noodle in it. They told me the cook must have carried a non gluten free strainer across the gluten free noodles. Very un-knowledgeable About gluten free and the seriousness of celiacs disease.

I have a severe “gluten allergy” because I have celiac disease so when I called they warned me that there could be a chance of cross-contamination but there isn't much else around and I'm here visiting family so I decided to go for it. Not only was it delicious but I haven't had a reaction and usually I will react fast when I get "glutened". I would totally recommend it here!

Lui lui is my favorite dish of all time - tell them you’re a celiac so eating gluten free is a necessity not a choice and you’ll be okay - gf rolls and dipping oil too!

Menu items were clearly marked, the waiter was able to clearly explain changes made to the dish to make it gluten free- the type of pasta and in the case of my order that the chicken would be grilled and not breaded. The pasta had a good texture and consistency. I am not sure what the cooking practices used are and I am not Celiac

Wow this is a fantastic option for Italian food. It reminds me of when I traveled through Italy. I have been eating here since it first opened. There are many food options and the entire staff was most accommodating. The pizza crust tasted great. They have meat and pasta options as well as salads. What a great experience they consistently over deliver. We have brought many sports teams because they have a separate room downstairs. ✅

Menu marks the items that are GF. GF chicken Alfredo was delicious but, unfortunately, it is not celiac safe. I have been ill since eating it and my system is not particularly sensitive.

Mediocre at best. No indicator on served pasta dish that it was gf-server confirmed but we had a large party...The alfredo was dry and bland. Ate about 1/2 -I did not have a reaction but It's hard to enjoy my meal when I'm not 100% sure it's gf much prefer when restaurants have a special plate or tag for gf.

We stopped here on our way to Vermont based on reviews and proximity to rt 89.

My daughter loved the gluten free pizza and their breadsticks. The breadsticks were just the pizza crust sliced up, but she was thrilled to have them.

The regular pizza was good and my other daughter had the ravioli and it was all good.

Have saved this for when we come back through here next year.

Great food and great service. My mom and I both have Celiac disease and had no problems. Zach, our server, was great and the menu made it very easy to understand what was gluten free. Lots of options as well!

Delicious. Had best pasta Alfredo with Shrimp and it was the first pasta I have liked since being gluten free. So good. Also had the brownie sundae which was also outstanding. I could have served both to my son who isn't gluten free and he would not have known the difference. I even react to cross contaminated items and I had no problems so I could recommend with 5 stars! They have a lot of choices. They cook the pasta separately so there is no trouble. Yummmm. Best meal I have had out in 6 weeks!

We went for lunch with 3 people with gluten sensitivity and 1 with celiac. We let our waitress know and it seemed to really put her out. She was quite rude and very unhelpful. The GF pizza was ok, but the rest of lunch wasn't great. Bad service can really ruin a meal.

The waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful. My celiac daughter had gluten free past alfredo with chicken and I had gluten free pasta with marina (no dairy) and chicken. It was delicious! Celiac daughter also had chocolate mousse for dessert. The prices were reasonable and service was excellent.

Do not waste your time. Service was bad, waited over a half hour for a gf pizza called the Zeppo which should have had extra mozzarella and pepperoni, it did not. The crust was over done and the whole thing was pretty much inedible. When we brought it up to a server and the manager they both reacted as if gf pizza is like that. VERY disappointed
