I’m trying right now for the first time. I ordered the lobster roll sandwich. The roll is GF. The lobster spread is possibly GF. It is being prepared by the manager. When questioned he didn’t really understand fully what I was asking. I’m trying to find out if they truly have dedicated GF procedure. I will calk the company when I get home. Then follow up with a post.

Stopped here while waiting for my train and did not regret it! They do ask whether it’s allergy or not so I believe they’re taking the proper precautions when it comes to preparations. The bun was really good and not dry at all.

Love Luke’s Lobster. This is a chain. Been to the one in Philly. That’s probably still my favorite because the staff there always takes care of me. Trying the one here in NYC. They have GF buns. Their soups are GF too. It’s just nice to be able to get a GF crab, shrimp or lobster roll. The location here at Grand central asked if the gluten was an allergy or a preference. I assume that’s to take extra precautions. If you’re walking around grand central station and are unsure of what options you have. This is definitely one of them.

Gluten free rolls available to go with the lobster. The employee asked if we were allergic, and said that if we were allergic she would follow certain procedures to prevent cross-contact. The rolls themselves were really good, almost mochi like.

This place is incredible!! Everyone is knowledgeable and very friendly/helpful! The calamari was so good. Got three different kind of lobster rolls on locally sourced gf bun that is surprisingly cohesive.
