Review of LuLu's

My family and I were really excited to try this place out after reading all the positive reviews, however, we were less than impressed with the food and the service. The attention to food allergies and willingness to prepare our meals free of gluten and dairy would get five stars, but I had to give less due to the extremely slow service and the carelessness of our server. The manager came out to take our order and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. He assured me that all of our meals will only go through two hands and that we are safe there. My expensive red snapper and gulf shrimp came out cold and my husband did not enjoy his tacos. 6 of us have celiac and we did not get sick—just not impressed overall.
