NOT GF! Stay away if you have celiac disease. Manager and wait staff were incredibly unhelpful and shrugged their shoulders when I pointed out their high rating. There was only one other customer there, so they definitely weren’t busy. They made NO effect to give me a GF meal except for GF bread. Horrible experience. New ownership?
Tried to give zero stars.

I was able to eat GF toast (which was excellent - shocking!), hash brown potatoes, and a bowl of strawberries. It might not sound like much, but being able to eat a breakfast out with friends where I can have more than one item was awesome! I’m newly diagnosed so I’m a little too happy about it maybe? My server was knowledgeable, verified how the toast was cooked (on the grill rather than in a shared toaster), and specifically noted celiac disease so that it was prepared with cross-contamination in mind. She was very kind about it also, and answered all of my questions. She also said the GF toast can be substituted for the bread on other menu items for things like BLTs.

Waited to post this as I was so excited to find another breakfast place. They have GF toast and said they cleaned the grill, but I got sick. I suspect they toasted the toast in a non GF toaster. Don't let your guard down, even when excited! Ask & advocate for yourself!
Amazing GF bread. They even sold us a loaf!
Was able to get Eggs, potatoes and GF toast. Waitress understood my request for flagging the order and changing gloves etc. Nothing special but it was nice being able to have more than just coffee at a diner while my family enjoyed breakfast.

I’ve had two good experiences so far. Both times I got eggs, hash browns and gf toast. (The jam they carry is gluten free.) Each time I asked a bunch of questions about where they cook each item and felt comfortable with the response. I haven’t tried anything else but when I go to a diner, it’s just for eggs anyway 😊

I am a regular for breakfast and don't have and issue. They grill my bread and bring me my own butter. No pancakes yet but what they have is good.

Decided to stop here due to the positive review from 9/15. I was a little worried when the hostess had a blank look when I asked about a gluten free menu. A waitress overheard my request and she immediately stepped in and said they didn't have a separate one. She went on to suggest foods that would be gluten free including eggs, potatoes, french fries and they had gluten free bread. (Udi's). I double checked about a dedicated fryer and she said yes. I ended up ordering a BLT sandwich with fries. I asked how they would toast the bread and she said they would do it on the grill. She assured me they understood about contamination and I would be taken care of. The food was delicious and I had no issues.
Found this popular diner, and since it was the only thing open, decided to try it. We almost walked out when we asked about gluten free and the server's response was "we've got some gf bread, but that's all I know about gluten". Yikes! But we decided to chance it because I was super hungry. I ordered a burger, with grilled gf bread for a bun. I asked the server to let the chef know it was an actual allergy, not a whim, and to change gloves. It was delicious, and I had no reaction. (I'm usually very sensitive to cross contamination, so I was impressed that I didn't get a reaction.)I also had potato skins since the fries share a fryer. This ended up as enough food for two meals!! Portions were huge, food was great, prices were decent, and I came out unscathed. My only issue was the server. And in fairness, most diner service in the wee hours is not superb, at least in my experience. (We returned another day during the evening, and had much better service!)
