Review of M Sushi

No dedicated gluten free menu. No real idea as to what gluten free means. The staff attempted to point out items that were “safe”. “This item contains just a little gluten” Stayed with what should be safe. When dinner arrived there was crumbled over the roll that was “safe”. The crumbles were reported as onions. When re questioned if they were fried with other wheat containing items. We were told that they contained no gluten because they “were cooked all the way through which releases all the gluten” and this gluten free. The meal went uneaten:-(
