Review of M Sushi

Not safe for allergy or celiac. No gf menu. One item was pointed out as safe because it has “just a little” gluten. Very few gf items unless you strictly want sashimi and edamame. The waiter never offered gf soy sauce and he wasn’t back at the table in a reasonable time for us to ask. Our rolls came out with big gaps in time between them. Probably a full 5-8 minutes passed between first and last plate out. The roll I was told was gf had fried crumbles on it. When I questioned it the waiter asked the chef and the answer was that it was gf because it was fried all the way through and any gluten would be cooked out of it. I didn’t eat it after that nonsense explanation. I had a couple pieces of my sons tuna roll and then was thankful that Whole Foods had a table at DPAC with gf foods.
