The bottom of the gluten free menu says their food is not safe for people with celiac. I saw that after I asked about whether toppings could be touched by hands that touched a wheat crust. Server checked with the manager who said pizza should probably be avoided by someone who is “very sensitive.” I surprised an eye roll. I had a Cobb salad which was high quality, and the rest of my family enjoyed their meals also.
I ate here just last night and had an awful experience. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC!! The options were fine, but the staff was not knowledgeable at all and just assumed that the food was naturally gluten free even though the menu specifically states you order it with a gluten free substitute. My family and I are currently very sick due to their blunders which they didn’t seem very sorry about.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about gf-eating and celiac. Indicated that multiple members of staff had celiac disease. We were given a gluten-free menu and most items on the main menu could be made gluten-free. Food was delicious, especially the pizza crusts, which were also used for the gluten-free Flatbread.
I had asked who their supplier was for the pizza crusts and the hostess was kind enough to go and take a picture of the box with the ingredients and the supplier's name.
Phenomenal service.
Definitely the best gf pizza I have ever had. Thin crust that’s not to crispy but not soggy! Our waitress was super helpful with all my questions and they were super informative about all things that needed to be modified for a gf experience.
Staff informed me that pizza is baked in same conveyor but on separate, dedicated aluminum pans with parchment paper underneath, and cut with a separate, dedicated pizza cutter. They also offered to change gloves. Pizza was very good, and gluten free crust was a little chewy but tasty. Overall I would feel safe eating here if I inform the staff.
I usually wait until the day after to review a place (waiting for any reaction), but this place wasnt hittin on much. Pretty place, clean inside, but our waitress was pretty much awful. I regret picking this place on our cross country trip, but the good news is we dont have to return.
I'm the only gf'er in my fam, and hopefully my pizza truly was gf, it wasnt the worst, but def not a $12 pizza. My sons chicken tenders were suppose to have waffle fries and they came with normal ones (not a huge deal, but a disappointment to him), my daughters pizza came out quite a while after everyone elses meal, then we had to flag down waitress for her fruit cup (which wasnt all the same fruits listed). My hubbys salad never showed up.
The waitress never checked drinks and seemed more like she would rather be doing anything else. Super disappointing, wont recc or return, will update if I get sick.
Delicious menu! The waitress was very informed. The pizza was excellent. We will be back, for sure.
I used to really like the gluten free pizza at this place, but then their prices got higher and their quality got lower. Now, I think they just gave up on us. I ordered the Sequoia gluten free pizza, noting that I was being heavily penalized but it was for a friend’s birthday. What we got was nearly $20 over-sized cracker, lightly smeared with a pesto sauce, delicately sprinkled with cheese, and then dusted with as few items as possible before having to declare it as a cheese pizza with modest benefits. And then, it was offered to the oven gods as a burnt sacrifice before arriving at our table. I literally was able to pinch a flying a little too close to the sun-dried tomato into charcoal powder. We sent it back (kindly and gently) and the second one was so sparsely garnished, I nearly cried. We ate it because I didn’t want to cause trouble, but I will never go back. If you don’t have to eat gluten-free, don’t waste your time here. If you do have to eat this way, don’t waste your time here.
There is a separate gluten-free menu with what will be left out or added to make you selection gluten-free. I had the California Chicken flatbread which was made on their 10" GF pizza. The pizza was thin and crunchy and they were very stingy with the toppings. Their is a $3.00 upcharge for the GF crust. The server was very knowledgeable about the GF protocols.
I have eaten here several times and always have a great experience. Staff is conscientious and kind about allergies and there a great number of options on the gluten free menu. The salads and desserts are excellent too. There are very few pizza places I would attempt eating at with Celiac, but this place has never let me down.
We went here for lunch today after reading the positive reviews in this app. They have a separate gf menu which I ordered from . We both had pizzas , I felt comfortable with their safety protocols . Servers were friendly and efficient . Would totally recommend this restaurant!
