I can’t say anything for the safety for celiac but if you just have a sensitivity or intolerance depending on how bad it is I highly recommend giving it a try. The gluten free French toast was amazing and the food is very inexpensive

Concerned about cross contamination issues here. Things are made in a common kitchen. They can make and serve foods made without gluten... but based on the owners explanation of their processes and the servers lack of understanding what gluten free is, I do not feel safe ordering food here.

The waitress told us they could make most things on the menu gluten free aside from the ramen, we wound up getting GF pancakes and requested the lemon ricotta and blueberry compote with it. The chef let us know the blueberry compote was actually make with gluten and offered to sub fresh blueberries. Everything was very good and we appreciated the chefs knowledge and willingness to make substitutions. They also let us know they change gloves for celiacs so they are conscious of cross contamination too.

My son is gluten free and was able to have pancakes for breakfast and he didn't get sick. First time in 4 years since his diagnosis he's been able to eat out in Salisbury for breakfast. The rest of us also had amazing food!
