Review of Mad Mexican

This restaurant went above and beyond for our family. We ordered takeout on a busy Saturday night. They called us to say the kitchen was absolutely slammed, and that they could make us safe food but it may be a bit longer of a wait because of the extra precautions (for the record this has never happened before and they’re usually prompt - not that it was an issue). This showed how seriously they take cross contamination and really made me feel appreciative and comfortable eating there as a sensitive celiac. They ended up calling us back to say the food was actually ready early anyway haha. They were extremely kind and accommodating, which as a celiac that feels a bit burdensome, was really really appreciated. The food was awesome as well!
