Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the GF options, and marked up the menu to show what was and wasn’t celiac safe. She assured us everything would be gluten free, and delivered! The food was delicious (like, really really delicious) and no I did not get glutened!! 10/10
Waitress was very knowledgeable- right when I said celiac she took my menu and marked what I could/couldn’t have. Only two items on the menu were not able to be modified. Split 4 dishes with a friend and all were delicious! Didn’t get a reaction and I’m very sensitive so I would come again. Tapas style and a nicer place- would recommend a reservation before you go
The menu isn't marked with allergens, but the waitress seemed eager enough to help us navigate options. While some of the items are made gluten free on the menu, it felt like a limited protein selection was available to me. Even then, we had to ask the servers bringing out our plates if the item was gluten free, or if it has been made gluten free each time; we had to send a few items back. I still had a reaction.
The food itself was nice enough, but it wasn't life changing.
It's great for cocktails and happy hour; I recommend stopping in for drinks, then moving somewhere else for dinner.
The food was fantastic and most things were GF or could be made GF. Our server was trained in GF needs and went through the whole menu with me. We got the GF bread that comes with 3 butter spreads, calamari, cauliflower, squid and beef cheeks. The squid was a bit charred for me (my husband loved it) but everything else was a 10 out of 10. The vibe was hip and trendy. The menu says they always have vegan options. I’m feeling great the day after eating and will definitely return for special occasions.
They had amazing service, and were so helpful and knowledgeable about what on the menu was glutenfree or could be made gluten free. The food was wonderful as well. I got the bread and butter dish that came with three flavourful butters and I also got the pulpo (octopus) which was so tender and delicious. I will definitely be going again!
Awesome experience for a celiac. Many of the food offerings are naturally gluten free. The server understood celiac disease and cross contamination and seemed genuinely happy to make sure I was accommodated, and indicated it was no extra trouble for him or the kitchen. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer (which he proactively told me about, I didn’t even have to ask). They also have gluten free bread. It was a great experience and phenomenal food. I felt really safe.
