I've never had an issue with Maggiano's. All of their sauces are gluten free which means that the majority of their pastas can be made gluten free. You are not able to have lasagna, ravioli or stuffed manicotti. When you are placing an order, your server marks down that you have a gluten allergy. While, I don't know what their kitchen looks like, a chef or a manager has always come to verify why you need gluten free and tells you what modifications will be made. Or at least this is my experience.
Typically the only desserts that are gluten free are the Creme Brulee and Sorbets. However, sometimes during the monthly specials (which also might be gluten free or easily modified to be gluten free), there is a gluten free dessert.
