Delicious, healthy fast food. Had some great non-carbonated fountain drink options as well. My wife is celiac and I’m gluten intolerant so we usually have to stick to dedicated GF places like this. I had the buffalo Mac and cheese and a wrap (tortilla out of rice flour). Snickerdoodle for dessert, the fluffiest and tastiest I’ve ever seen, GF or non-GF!

All gluten free, lots of options and flavor combos. I loved it and so did my non gluten free friend! Can also be door dashed which was convenient. Definitely going back! I got the Big Mahana bowl and it was two meals for me.

This place was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They helped me get what I needed. The food was delicious. My kids really enjoyed the Mac n cheese. They even had delicious desserts. No need to worry about cross contamination because no gluten is allowed in at all!!!!

A little out of the way coming from the Charlotte airport but so worth it! It was great knowing everything was gluten free and not having to worry about cross contamination. The bowls are not only a healthy option but so delicious. Don’t forget to get a chocolate chip cookie!

I ordered the Teriyaki Tiki Bowl and added additional pineapple. The broccoli was a bit overdone but it had delicious flavors that just made my mouth dance. I highly recommend it.

First experience and it was great. My only complaint is that the cookies should be bigger for price. They are pretty small for $2. The establishment is 100% gluten free and sells gluten free desserts which is rare. There are plenty of options to choose from to complete your bowl - noodles, rice,, veggies, and protein. I especially enjoyed the variety of sauces too and the gluten free noodles were a welcomed delight. The noodles are cold. Personally I prefer if they were warm.

Ate here a couple of times during a trip to Charlotte. Food is quick and easy, so good for on the go or if you don't want to wait to eat. While I don't feel the food is the highest of quality (broccoli was a bit old), the food was overall tasty with a plethora of options (ways to make it paleo and keto too!) and I'd definitely eat here again without hesitation. I am so grateful that this gluten free option exists, because there weren't many safe places to eat in Charlotte!

Ordered delivery and they had to sub pasta in my order. They didn’t contact me first to ask. When I received it, I called to make sure the pasta was gluten free. I was told it was, but had a reaction, so don’t feel like I can trust that substitutions are done correctly.
I love this place! Everything is super fresh, the tuna is raw (which I love), and the sauces are good. I’ve taken others, and it’s hard to eat plain for them, Mahana Fresh has their own spices and flavors, which I like, but might be tough for plain eaters. The atmosphere is very clean & relaxing.

The food was actually pretty good, but it did make me sick.
I checked their website several months ago and despite it saying that all of their food is gluten free on their menu, it said at the bottom of on one of the pages that they couldn’t guarantee that any of their food was free from contamination by gluten before it arrives to their store. However, I checked online again two days ago and I couldn’t find the statement again anywhere on their website so I thought that maybe they had changed something and their food was actually gluten free. Well, I definitely got sick today before I even left the establishment. That’s just me though. I do have celiac disease and am pretty sensitive so someone else may be able to eat there without any trouble.

I drive over 20 minutes to come here because everything in the restaurant is gluten-free and my wife who celiac can eat here without any apprehension whatsoever that she will get cross contaminated. Very nice ownership, very clean facilities and kitchen would highly recommend.

We think we got the owner. He was super nice. Gave us some swag bags since we brought our family in knowing it's good, we are from out of town but have a mahana fresh where we are at. It was a great experience and yummy food.

Discovered this little gem today. Everything is gluten free, even the desserts. It’s great to have good healthy food and even better when you don’t have to worry about getting glutened.
Concept is based on the Chipotle model, you pick your base - several different types of rice, noodles, spinach - then select your protein - then your veggies - and finally a sauce to top it off.
I had the basmati rice, teriyaki chicken, brussel sprouts and broccoli, without any sauce. My wife had cauliflower rice, pork, and brussel sprouts.
Definitely worth a visit. The food is delicious.

We eat lunch here every month or so, as part of our trip to Wegmans (which has awesome GF options). The entire place is gluten free. Everything on the menu is GF. Lots of options to choose from, always delicious and never any issues. It’s sort of like Chipotle- you choose a base, then veggies, then protein and sauce. They also have GF Mac-n-cheese dishes, which are also very good.

Delicious and safe! Everything was gluten free and almost everything was dairy free. Even my non gf friends loved it ! Key west chicken with sesame noodles, garlic green beans, mushrooms, and cilantro vinaigrette! Absolutely delicious! And no reaction! Chocolate chip cookie was delicious! Friends loved the zucchini brownie even though it was gf and they aren’t! This place is awesome
