We were waited on by the owner and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and celiac disease. They do not use breading, so the fryer is safe. The food is amazing and the fries are huge. My celiac daughter had the 8 mile burger (without a bun) and really enjoyed it. Many items on the me u are available for those with celiac or adaptable.
