Very good experience! My daughter had a hamburger off the kids menu, they do have gluten free buns.

Great experience! We stayed at the Isla Bella resort and ate here for dinner and breakfast. The staff and chefs were very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten allergies. I got the salmon which had gluten free pasta with it and it was delicious. They also served gluten free toast as their starter bread, which was likely just udis bread. For dessert we got the gf key lime pie which was so good! They also had gf chocolate cake, but did not get that one. For breakfast I got the omelet and toast. Both were safe and I had no reactions at all. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were starting at the Isla Bella resort on which this resides and wanted to eat on sure if we could. There is no gluten free menu and it's not marked. I was initially nervous after I called and the host and the server they called over both had no idea, but eventually they grabbed the chef and he assured me that nearly the entire menu was gluten free or could be made gluten free. We decided too give it a shot for dinner and I'm so glad we did.
Our waitress, Tiffany, was a severely sensitive celiac and she assured me that this is the safest restaurants around and one of the only ones she will eat at. They use gluten free panko and Tamari soy sauce so a lot of the dishes I was considering didn't even need modified. They also have gluten free pasta (cooked separately) and bread.
They brought me out a basket ok gluten free bread (with separate butter) before we ate. I ended up having the sea food pasta with gluten free pasta. The mahi mahi, clams and prawns were delicious. For dessert, they had 2 options and we had them both. My wife had the flowerless chocolate cake and I had a couple bites. Deep, rich, and decadent. I had the key lime pie and yes, it comes standard with gluten free crust!
Stopped by again the next morning for breakfast. Had an omelet with gluten free toast. Simple, but good.
Overall the meal and environment was fantastic and I would definitely come back. I wish they advertised how accommodating they are better.
