Review of Mai Vietnamese Cuisine

The only complaint I have is that the noodles they use that are gluten free are slippery and hard to eat with chopsticks.

The staff are wonderful and really love their customers. The food is all delicious, may I suggest the Vietnamese crepe (sounds scary but it is gluten free) if you like lettuce wraps. I am also pretty partial to the salmon pumpkin curry.

Always remind them that you are gluten free, the owner asks you do so that they can make sure you are safe. Be careful of the sauces on the table as they are soy(has wheat), plum sauce(has wheat) but the rest should be fine especially the sriracha style sauces.

They cook the gluten free stuff in their own pots and try to keep that stuff separate, never had an issue with cross contamination.
