I called the manager before going and she said that there’s a lot of people with Celiac who have been able to eat here before. It’s important to use the word “Celiac” when you order so the kitchen can use their no cross contamination protocol. I ordered the short rib and when they brought it out I double checked “Is this the Celiac dish?”. They made a mistake and gave me a normal dish. They immediately took it back and got me a new dish cooked with Celiac protocols. This made me feel safe and i’m glad I double checked. The short rib was AMAZING. An incredible dish. Would come back again. I didn’t get sick!

This is a fantastic restaurant for gluten free! The first question they asked is if anyone at the table has any food allergies. They let the chef know I had a gluten allergy and walked me through what would work and what wouldn't.
Tons of choices and they were all delicious. If you're in the Arts District eat here!
