Review of MAIZ Colombian Street Food

Across all of the towns, cities, states, countries and continents we've eaten in, MAIZ is hands down one of our top two or three favorite restaurants ever. Delicious, unique and gluten free food. Good sized portions and lots of choices! As other reviewers have stated, all of the food is GF and one of the owners has Celiac. They do sell gluten filled beer, but it's in cans and not at all threatening. Worth a road trip! Seriously, go here, people!
