Most of the menu can be gluten free. It's not marked; the owner believes it should be a discussion between the customer and server. Their pastry chef has Celiac, and the owner's mother is gluten free, so the staff is very knowledgeable. I'm very sensitive and have been fine. Excellent farm to table food, artfully presented.
