I’ve eaten at this restaurant about 5 times now, SO much of this menu is gluten free. They cook with gluten free flour for almost everything, you can check with the servers and they’re very knowledgeable on this in my experience. Gluten free rolls for appetizer substitutes, things I’m not used to being gluten free at such a nice restaurant surprisingly are. The owner Nate’s mother is gluten free, so he makes most foods gluten free friendly. Love it! Definitely recommend.
