The food here is great. The owner has Celiac Disease, so they know how to be careful. I am very sensitive, and I’ve never had an issue here. The pot roast over gluten free noodles is fantastic!

We just ate at Mama Maria’s in Hudson, WI. They are so awesome! The staff is knowledgeable. Kitchen staff cooks GF homemade pasta separately, wear gloves, and all cooking utensils are freshly cleaned and do not come in contact with other foods.

Their GF buns come out warm! Here’s what we are: Seafood Fettuccine and Pot Roast with red wine demi with GF pasta. Delish!! Owner has Celiac.

Extensive gluten free menu that uses fassoli noodles. I ordered a baked spaghetti and loved it!! Also served with salad and GF bread.

They have many options and even a roll to go with your meal. its an upcharge but its been my favorite place before i got diagnosed celiac and its still my favorite place now

They only have one GF noodle and when I received my dish, the noodles we're not completely cooked! I had to leave hungry since I had my young daughter with me and she was tired. Very disappointed!

Knowledgeable staff and an extensive gf menu. Hot roll for an extra charge. Not many options for dessert but otherwise very good.

This restaurant was AMAZING!!! The owner has celiacs so all of the staff go through some education. They make their own pasta which was the best gluten free pasta I've ever had!

I have have had celiac disease for 25 years. This has been one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten. I have eaten in a lot of restaurants where they have gluten free pasta but I have never gotten a fresh baked hot gluten free roll. The gluten-free food and the atmosphere were wonderful! I have to ask, is this the same owner of the Mama Maria's that used to be in Ortonville, Michigan? If so I just wanted to pass on to the owner that we miss his restaurant and the wonderful food he served and wish we were closer to Wisconsin to take advantage of the wonderful meals we remember.

Beautiful atmosphere, DELICIOUS PASTA!! Sauces are homemade & naturally gluten free and pasta is GF by request! Definitely recommend eating here! Family friendly and also great place for date night!
