Review of Mama Maria's

We just ate at Mama Maria’s in Hudson, WI. They are so awesome! The staff is knowledgeable. Kitchen staff cooks GF homemade pasta separately, wear gloves, and all cooking utensils are freshly cleaned and do not come in contact with other foods.

Their GF buns come out warm! Here’s what we are: Seafood Fettuccine and Pot Roast with red wine demi with GF pasta. Delish!! Owner has Celiac.
