Chef Mark came out to speak with the two celiacs at our table. He was even able to make an off menu item to accommodate my vegan preference. The gluten free rolls were also vegan and came prepackaged. I had spaghetti with tomato sauce and zucchini. The other celiac at the table had penne pasta with alfredo sauce and zucchini. The chef was very knowledgeable about the ingredients.
