Good place with a lot of gf options. I ate a gf pita gyros plate which was good and I felt well. They told me that one of the owners family members is celiac and so they know about a safe preparation.

Had a lovely meal at Mama Sofia Restaurant in Rhodes Old Town last night! They were highly aware of gluten free food and cross contamination. Almost everything on the menu either is or can be made gluten free.They have all of the traditional Greek food in GF versions as well as non GF versions and also pizza and pasta. They even have GF pittas! Really worth a visit if you’re in Rhodes old town.

Leuk restaurantje in het oude gedeelte van Rhodos. Bijna alles van de kaart kan glutenvrij!! Pizza maar tot 18:00. Ze hebben een apart gedeelte in de keuken zodat het eten niet in aanraking kan komen met ander eten. Personeel goed op de hoogte van wat wel en niet mag.

What a brilliant restaurant! Explained how they use cornflour instead of flour for frying and only 3 things on menu that’s not suitable for gluten free! First time having a gf gyros and it was delicious!!

Amazing place if you’re looking for a place that serves gluten free dishes. The staff is very helpful - and clearly understands coeliac disease. My son had a pepperoni pizza and loved it. It was prepared separately - and not contaminated. More or less every meal on the menu was available in a glutenfree version. The best experience. ❤

Just wow!!! The waiter was really helpful and pretty much everything on their menu is gluten free. They make their own breads so I was able to have gyros which I didn’t think I would be able to whilst on holiday here 😍 can’t wait to go back

Incredibly good service. NB: Ask to sit in the backyard! I asked if they had gluten-free food, and the chef and head waiter came and told how they make the food safe and good. A bit sad that they don't serve pizza after 6pm. Good carbonara and gyros

They have gluten free bread, pasta and pizza. We weren't totally happy, because everybody else but us seemed to get some dessert from the house. We asked for a glutenfree breakfast and the owner told us al the possibillities. I have choosen a sandwich with fig marmelade and a fruit salade. De tast and the structure of the sandwich were great. Very goed place to eat glutenfree.

Wow! Wonderful experience. Accommodated my gluten-free and dairy free daughter perfectly. One of the best meals we had in Greece. The owner Stavros is welcoming and fun. Lots of gluten-free options including pita, pasta, and breads. Highly recommend!
