Review of Mama's Cafe Baci

Mama's is seriously the best place I have ever gone to for gluten free. I have Celiac Disease and have traveled many places, but none come close to Mama's. Who else has built a completely separate gluten free kitchen and trains all their staff to follow the best Celiac-safe practices? When you walk in, you are greeted by friendly hosts and asked if anyone in our group needs a gluten free, vegan or vegetarian menu. It's the largest and best gluten free menu. Options upon options. Fried Calamari, Appetizer Medley with Mozzarella sticks, Zucchini Fritters, and Onion Rings, then any dish named Tomaso are all amazing. Take a look at the duets if you are struggling to choose just one entree. The Ravioli duet with cheese and lobster ravioli is amazing. Gluten free bread is served too and they recently partnered with a baker who bakes it fresh and it is the best bread! Gluten free Cannoli too?? It's overwhelming how amazing everything is. Tom does the best job serving all guests making sure they love their food and their service. I love how he remembers his guests and is so genuine helping people navigate the lengthy menu. I could keep going but I'll call that enough. Can't wait for our next road trip to Northern Jersey so I can eat at my favorite restaurant again.

Yes
