Review of Mammoth Brewing Company

My family and I had dinner here during our Spring Break vacation. I was hesitant because breweries tend to have few to no GF options for me to eat. I was pleasantly surprised, however! The QR code menu to pull the menu from the table had very precise information about ingredients and GF options. It even gives a choice for those who prefer to not eat gluten or those with Gluten Allergies, so the kitchen can be aware of how to make the meal. I enjoyed a cider and they also had wine options. I had the pork rinds, the Burger with GF bun (they knew to exclude the bacon jam, which was glutinous), and my GF son had the Chicken Bowl which, without the sauce, was GF and delicious. They warned us that the waffle fries are GF but are fried on a shared fryer. I think there were a few more GF options but I was so excited for a real burger with GF bread instead of the lettuce wrapped version that is usually offered at most burger places, that I had to get it. It was delicious. Just make sure you look at that menu from the QR code- no other menus (paper or website) had all of this great information. I did not get sick. Highly recommend this place!
