Staff is very knowledgable about celiac and cross contamination. Chef's wife & the General Manager are both celiac. Gluten free food comes out on green plates so it's easily distinguishable ftom gluten filled food. The food is beyond amazing. I had an an appitizer, meatballs with Sunday sauce and zeppolis. ALL GLUTEN FREE The entire menu is available gluten free.
