Review of Mangia Nashville

I ordered a custom pizza with the Carbon GF crust (they have the roasted garlic and carbon crusts available!!) and it was the best pizza of my life. It came on a green plate (which marks it GF) and the waiter also announced it as gluten free. She was attentive and let me know the dessert could be made GF as well. I felt comfortable eating it with all these things happening.

The crust was chewy, not crumbly; delicious, and NOT thin crust like every other pizza. It had a real rounded crust, and it was tasty. Clearly made in house. I would definitely eat here again, especially knowing I have lots of options and they don’t skimp on the crust.
