Had the most amazing dinner last night at Mangia. Went with another celiac friend and was told by the waitress and general manager that EVERYTHING can be made gluten free as the General manager and the chef’s wife both have celiac. Was blown away with how delicious everything was and they even had fried chicken parm, not grilled chicken with sauce and cheese. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Nashville. P.s. they use activated charcoal in all their GF doughs, so it comes out black. Strange at first but SO good
