Review of Mangia Nashville

Took a chance and went for a Friday “Mangia” dinner, even though it’s family-style and my family is divided (2 omnivore, 1 GF omnivore, 1 GF vegetarian). Thank heavens we did! I’ve never been somewhere so accommodating; from GF focaccia (in 2 flavors) to incredibly perfect GF pasta (al dente!) to GF eggplant parm as a surprise veggie sub for the Secondi course of meat, we were absolutely spoiled. It’s a 3+ hour extravaganza with singing, dancing, and more food than I’ve ever eaten, and it was worth every second. The food is way better than it has to be...given the party atmosphere, it could get by with lower quality, and yet every dish was amazing. Run, don’t walk.
