Had a fantastic experience. Ordered brie and egg and raspberry sandwich on GF toast and server immediately asked me, "allergy or preference?" which always puts me at ease. I explained I had celiac. Ordered the tater tots as a side, and she told me they would have cross contamination. I asked about baking them (as I read on this app) and she said of course they could do that, but, in honesty, they weren't nearly as good because they didn't get crispy. I ordered hash browns instead. I appreciate how knowledgable she was – and also how forthright!
