Review of Marco’s Coal-Fired | Englewood

We enjoyed our visit. They seemed to be on top of it with separate utensils and a separate oven! The crust is not your typical gluten-free thin crust pizza. It is flexible, fluffy, and foldable, just like its wheat counterpart and what you expect pizza to be.
