Another reviewer mentioned this pizza being a religious experience. I second that. Best pizza I’ve had in 12 years. I bought one to take home one the plane in a freezer bag. The best part was the crust at the end of the slice. I’d eat just the dough. So much yum!

This is, hands down, the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. I've had Celiac Disease for 20 years. Others have told me the gf crust is better than the regular. I highly recommend

Safe food!! Gluten free bread and pizza were amazing. Best pizza I’ve had in Colorado. ****Beware: there is a 4% surcharge on all tickets because the owners don’t want to pay BOH a decent wage.

Michael was a very attentive staff member who established food allergies and sensitivities up front. He asked intelligent questions, and was very attentive.
The food is excellent! GF pizza, wings, ciabatta bread are all clearly marked on the menu. Will definitely return.

ordered online and order was perfect! GF items were clearly marked. When i asked the waiter if they were sure it was GF, he said yes and showed me the Gf markings. I had no bad reaction whatsoever and the GF pizza and focaccia were amazing.

Marco’s was truly amazing! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable about the gluten free. I told my server that I had a gluten allergy and immediately she said that all the meals would be marked with a little wood stick! The focaccia was so squishy and yummy! I didn’t get sick and would go back in a heartbeat!

Sensitive celiac and I did great! No problems except I ate a lot. One pizza was enough to fill both of us and it was great. They changed gloves and went to a separate area. Even cooked in a separate oven. It wasn’t busy when I was there so it was lovely. We hit happy hour. The focaccia is just pizza crust so skip that and get the wings for an appetizer. The pizza was fricken fantastic!

It’s like playing roulette. One month I won’t get sick , next month I will. I have no problem stating my celiac needs and asking questions. If you are a sensitive celiac, be careful.

From their website:
Made Fresh, by hand In-House Every Day Using Antico Mulino Caputo’s Fiore Glut Gluten Free Flour. Made with Gluten-free wheat starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch and vegetable fibers. Cooked in Dedicated Equipment for your safety.
We absolutely love Marco’s, and have been coming here for years! We have celiac and feel very at ease here. All the research I’ve done on wheat starch vs wheat flour completely reassures me. So for us, Marco’s is always a favorite!!

This is our new go to for gluten free pizza. My husband and I are both biopsy diagnosed celiacs. We were concerned about a prior review so we asked for the manager to ask some questions. He explained that there is a separate prep area for making the gluten free pizza dough, and for prepping the gluten free pizzas and a separate pizza oven just for GF pizzas. He also brought out the gluten free flour blend they use for the dough for me to review the ingredients. It is made in Italy and it clearly states Gluten Free, and contains wheat STARCH, not wheat flour. I’ve done my homework on wheat starch, and on GF items made in Italy. Wheat starch, if properly derived, contains no gluten. Italian GF products are held to higher standards than GF products here in the US. We decided to go for it. If we were going to react we would have sometime the next day. We did not react. I highly recommend Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza for GF Pizza. Just be sure to order it GF!

NOT a true gluten free crust. They use WHEAT flour. So all y’all saying you felt fine might wanna reassess if you’re actually celiac. Don’t tell people here you’re celiac if u haven’t been diagnosed!!! True celiacs should NOT have wheat starch, even ones that claim to be gluten free

ordered simple gf pizza - crust is really good and cooked in a totally separate area in the kitchen, to ensure as little cross contamination as possible.

The pizza has a slightly puffy crust and it’s delicious! I’ve had GF take-out pizza safely, several times! It’s awesome to have a pizza option! Occasionally specialty toppings are not GF but the staff is well informed and happy to check. Full disclosure, they use a gluten-removed wheat starch in their crust. If I hadn’t already tried it that would have worried me, but with my extreme sensitivity I’m very confident that it is safe now.

My wife was wanting some really good pizza but she has Celiacs disease and can’t process gluten. Then we found Marco’s Coal fired pizza about 8 months ago. This place takes gluten free very seriously by changing gloves, using a designated area and pizza peel. Along with using a really good quality 00 Gluten free pizza flour from Italy. If your gluten free and looking for great pizza this is the place to go but keep in mind this place isn’t cheap but well worth it.

The gluten free pizza is specially marked and is baked in a separate oven. I've eaten here many times and have never been "glutened." The wheat starch* in the crust is gluten free. If you can eat dairy, the panna cotta is a delicious dessert.
*(The starch is easily separated from the gluten- protein part of wheat and is even approved in the EU for celiac consumption.)

I loved Marco’s pizza: it is truly a delicious GF alternative and was going there a few times a month. The last time I went I received a regular pizza that was not gluten free. I am a regular there, have been Celiac for 15 years, professionally am a food scientist, and my husband is a chef. The diameter was wrong, the box was not labeled GF like it normally is, and the crust consistency was wrong, there were giant air bubbles like the regular pizza. This pizza was not GF. The manager only tried to convince me the pizza was GF, before even seeing any photos of the pizza or genuinely listening to my concerns. I can no longer trust that their staff is in knowledgeable enough to ensure your food is safe.

They take allergies very seriously here. Made sure no cross-contamination would occur and labeled everything to ensure the kitchen and staff knew it was a gluten-free item. Mostly, it was the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. The dough was perfect!

I’ve eaten there many times and have had curb side delivered many times. They have a dedicated gluten free coal fired oven! They make the best Gluten Free pizza I’ve had outside of Italy and the only reason Italy’s GF pizza was better was because they used real truffles! They have a second location in downtown Denver, near the ballpark and the same applies to them. If you require gluten free like me you won’t be disappointed!
They can do most things gluten free, but I go for their pizza!
They do regular gluten pizza in a separate oven, separate pizza peel and separate pizza cutter! I have been going there for years and have never experienced a problem.

For the price and hype, I expected better. Crust is gluten free, but made with wheat starch, so if you are sensitive to wheat, go elsewhere. I got sick, will not be back.
Best GF pizza crust i’ve ever had! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about celiac. Definitely will be going again:)

I am so excited to find a legit good gluten free pizza for Celiac's!! This will be our new place to order pizza from moving forward. Look forward to trying more items off their menu with no worry.
Yes
This place is killer- the servers always make sure to tell the kitchen and the pizza crust is so good it genuinely makes me suspicious if it’s gluten free!! (But I know it is lol) they’ll also make you gf focaccia if you want (for extra but still a nice option)
Yes
I’ve had the GF pizza twice now - and it’s been good - no CC - BUT I do feel like eating here is a bit like Russian Roulette as the kitchen is shared -
How can you people say this place is Celiac safe? They make the pizza out of wheat! I even read some reviews that said people got sick, what are you doing?! If you’re a real Celiac sensitive or not please don’t eat at places like this!!!

Fantastic GF crust (but not ok for wheat allergy). Texture is very close to traditional pizza. Toppings & portion size are good, too. Plus it is dog-friendly. Only downside is price.

Fabulous gluten free base, made in-house, great mozzarella and traditional Italian and deep-base style toppings, gluten free beer also on the menu
The gluten-free pizza crust contains gluten-free wheat starch. If gluten is the concern, then you should be okay. However, if you have issues with wheat, then know that this pizza crust contains it. I can have neither gluten nor wheat. I didn't even think to read the ingredients listed on the menu and paid the price. For gf pizza, it was delicious so I'm rating this place based on that and not my oversight.

Amazing GF pizza!! They even have vegan cheese!! Great waitstaff, friendly and knowledgeable. DELICIOUS. Love the outdoor seating too. :) Will visit every time we are close to this area in the future.

Their GF crust is amazing. It’s the only GF pizza around here worth eating. Delicious!
The very best gluten free pizza crust I've ever tasted.
The best authentic pizza crust we’ve had! Sooooo good! We come to both locations often. The gf wings are good too
Amazing gf and vegan pizza!!! Restaurant says Marcos on the door so was a bit confused, but Racca’s is written on the side door. Excellent staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. I must agree that this is the best gf pizza crust that I have had. GF dessert as well!! Outside seating if the day is warm, nice location! Will be back, especially when GF family are in town!!!! Love this website! They asked if we were celiac and said that if we were they would do the same as just gf, order is coded, there is a dedicated portion of the oven for allergies, clean tools are used and cross-contamination opportunities are monitored. Ask for Mandy - she was very friendly and helpful!! Enjoyed my gf/vegan pizza!!
