The wait staff is very nice and the manager came to speak to me about my gluten allergy. She explained there’s always risk of cross contamination but their menu options could be modified to be gluten-free. The tortilla chips are fried in a dedicated fryer. Their salsa is a roasted tomato salsa. I got the seafood enchiladas with corn tortillas. The waitstaff let me know the rice and beans are gluten-free. The only sauce I could have was the almond one. The soft drink are made with real cane sugar. I thought that was nice. It was REALLY good! I would definitely come back.
