Andrea is awesome!! She thoroughly explained the process to keep any cross contamination from occurring. They even have a dedicated space for food sensitivities. I'm happy to say, as an full blown Celiac, I had zero reaction to the Hawaiian pizza. Andrea recommended getting a crispy crust as the GF crust is rice based (not the typical corn). I got it lightly crispy and totally agree on her call and will get fully crispy next visit. REALLY TASTY FOOD, FTW!!!
