This is the very first restaurant I went to since being recently diagnosed with celiac disease, as I am fearful of resturants now in regards to cross-contamination. So, I was invited to lunch and was told to choose a restaurant. I Googled gluten-free restaurants near me, and after reading so many reviews for various restaurants, this restaurant stood out the most to me with their reviews. Went here a week ago on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and had the best experience. The employee taking my order ensured me the restuarant was a dedicated celiac friendly restaurant, so that calmed my nerves. I ordered the B.L.A.T. w/o chipotle mayo, and instead of romaine lettuce, I noticed the sandwich had arugula which I didn't mind at all, and for dessert I ordered a cupcake. The bread on the sandwich was lightly toasted, and overall the sandwich tasted delicious w/o mayo for me. Loved the crunchiness of the bacon. The cupcake I ordered was like a birthday cake with the rainbow sprinkles on top of the frosting, tasted fresh and was very moist. The ambience was great. The employees were friendly. It was busy and crowded, plus the music selection was good as we sat there and ate. Pricey, but I will definitely be returning.
