The owner has multiple allergies and is gluten free. As soon as I asked about gluten free options, the server had the owner come over and walk me through the menu. The only breaded (unsafe) options come already breaded so there’s minimal risk of cross contamination-this does mean the fryer isn’t safe, so fries aren’t an option. About 90% of the menu is already gluten free or can be made gluten free. This was a great, safe option for our first night in town!
