Review of Martini Italian Bistro

Update: I actually ended up working here for a few months. I am even MORE impressed by the food, the ownership, the chefs, and the staff that will take great care in accommodating dietary needs. They can modify most things on the menu to be be gluten free for you since everything is made to order (no pizza though). I never had any issues eating here. The gluten free pasta is outstanding and the variety is wonderful! There's at least 3 GF desserts as well.

Old Review: Very GF friendly with a variety of options. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt at ease ordering. Food is always delicious!
