I had the gluten free pizza and it was great! They also had gluten free ravioli that I am going to try next time.
Great GF pizza! The sauce is great and the cheese was perfect. They cooked it in its own foil pan so I could still enjoy the brick oven experience.
I was impressed by the fact that the gf pizza is cooked in the foil pan so as to avoid cross contamination. The ravioli was really tasty. Even my non gf friend enjoyed it.
I use to love Martio's pre celiac, now they finally joined the GF world. I had their GF pizza and found the crust to be very good. The brick oven gives the crust a flavor unlike the traditional oven in a positive way. Next time there I want to try the ravioli. (9/8/13 update the ravioli is excellent, not many places serve them.). Maybe they'll have GF pasta fagioli some day...
